Spartha accounts use a username only — no email — so we can't send a reset link. Email support with your username and roughly when you created the account and last played, and we'll verify it's yours and get you back in.
Sparks that go unfed too long (about three days of real time) run away — but they don't vanish. They linger near your home on the Real World map for about a week and can be re-caught there. Keep them fed twice a day, hire a sitter before a trip, or assign a realm caretaker.
Settings → Delete Account erases your login, cloud saves, and multiplayer data permanently. Parents can also email support to request erasure of a child's account.
